Monster Brown Trout

Probably the biggest Brown Trout I have seen in the size of river it is in. I love it when the angler says that I he took a small mayfly…it goes to show that even huge fish still feed on the small bugs and you don’t need to through big bugs to catch big fish. The best part about this video is when he dives into the river to net the fish, a fish that big I would do the same. Great Vid Matt!!

Our Fly Fishing blog started around 2007 when we wanted to share fly fishing stories and fly fishing pictures back and forth from our friends in Idaho to our our other Frenziers in Utah. Idaho fly fishing and Utah fly fishing have produced some awesome stories and memories. We really only want to share good content to anyone that wants to come and browse our posts. Over the past few years we feel that we have done a good job with getting the word out about fly fishing conservation and over good fly fishing content. We have done fly fishing gear reviews, fly fishing reports, fly fishing top 10 lists and fly tying. We mostly blog about trout fishing but have a bit of a love for the salt water fly fishing especially for monster tarpon. Welcome and have fun reading.
