On Thursday morning Chubbs and me headed up to fish Strawberry Reservoir and hit the ice off. The last few years I have wanted to hit the ice off but have missed it. This year I got a heads up that it was happening from the “Dr” that hit it a few days before we did. Fishing was good and the Cutthroats had awesome colors. I will let the video tell the rest of the story.

You must have been really excited to go fishing there. Thats when you forget things like a fishing rod. All that’s on your mind is where you’re going. Looks like you had a good day though.

no joke, i about crapped a zinger when i realized i had forgot it. I still caught a 22incher so the day turned out great.
