OK you Jack knobs here is the deal. We are meeting up at the mouth of Provo Canyon at 8 AM on New Year’s Day. The weather report looks good with a nightly low of about 28 and for that day a high of 38. It says there might be afternoon snow showers but I don’t think we will last long enough to see the snow fall. I suggest maybe going to a fly shop and buying some of that stuff that helps with the ice on your rod cause it is frustrating as hell to fish with iced up eyelets. Flies to have Pheasant tails, Hares Ears, Eggs, Glow bugs, Red Brassies, Tiny Drys (just in case we see some top water action) and really any dark color nymph fly. Dress warm and bring your A game. Oh ya bring your cameras so we can get some good pics.
